Responsible Gambling

Gambling should always be entertainment — fun, controlled, and within your personal limits. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Australian players with the tools and information they need to stay in control.

Gambling in Control

Most people who gamble do so responsibly and without harm. However, for some individuals gambling can become problematic. It is important to recognise the warning signs early and seek support if needed.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

  • Spending more time or money on gambling than intended.
  • Chasing losses — trying to win back money you have lost.
  • Gambling with money needed for essential expenses such as rent or food.
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling.
  • Hiding gambling activity from family or friends.
  • Neglecting work, study, or personal relationships due to gambling.
